We have a 30 days returns policy from the date of dispatch. * As long as your order has been shipped back to us within 30 days, and we can see tracking, then you still qualify for a return.

Shipping charges and upgardes are not refundable. 

* We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such case we will organize to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase

Defected unit? No problem

If unit is is defective you may return for an exchange or repair Email us with photo/receipt for more information

Processing time for all orders is 1 day. If your order is placed before 11:00am EST (Mon - Fri), it will leave the same day. If it is placed after 11:00am EST, it will be dispatched on the following business days. All orders placed on Friday after 11am EST will be shipped out first thing on the following business day.

• Standard shipping is 2-5 business days - 0$
  Second day UPS - 14$
  Next day air UPS - 35$ (please note next day air send on Friday may arrive Monday)
• We don’t offer UPS service to Alaska and Hawaii so if you chose shipping upgrade your package will be send with USPS express.

• Standard shipping USPS 7-15 business days USPS
• Expedite shipping UPS UPS 4-8 business days

• Standard shipping 3-4 weeks;
