Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick Summary (TL;DR)

United Kingdom:

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be new, unused, with original packaging and tags.

  • Refunds available. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

International (outside the UK):

  • We do not provide prepaid international return labels.


Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

If you cancel within this period:

  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original outbound shipping costs (standard delivery only) will be refunded.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

This statutory right is separate from and does not affect our extended 30-day returns policy.


Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items (including clearance or items discounted over 40%, unless stated otherwise).

  • Personalised, engraved, or customised products.

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products.

  • Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration may be refused.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges (including express delivery) are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any currency conversion or processing fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.


Exchanges

United Kingdom:

  • Exchanges may be offered on a like-for-like basis (e.g. size or colour), subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange cannot be completed, a refund will be issued instead.

International:

  • Exchanges and store credit are not available.

  • Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if required.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and handling fees: Customer

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will refund the product price minus all shipping costs, duties, and carrier return fees incurred.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@coiroshop.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  3. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

Coiro is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage and tracking until your refund is completed.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at support@coiroshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and packaging.

Resolution:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

  • In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.


Condition & Packaging Requirements

  • Do not return items that have been used, washed, altered, or show signs of wear, odour, or stains.

  • All original accessories and inserts must be included.

  • Items must be securely packaged. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in a partial refund or refusal.


Gifts & Bundles

  • Gift returns require the original order number or purchaser’s email.

  • Bundle or kit items must be returned in full. Partial returns may be refunded on a pro-rata basis only if permitted by the promotion.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal:

  • We will refund the product price minus all shipping costs and any carrier return fees or duties charged.

  • Re-shipping is available upon request; additional shipping fees apply.


Warranty & Policy Scope

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to change-of-mind and fit-related returns only and is separate from any product warranty.
